Position Summary:
The Channel & Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding partnerships with industry associations, IT service providers, accounting firms, and audit firms to establish a strong channel and referral network for Lenorasoft’s e-Invoicing solution- Anusaar.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and onboard channel partners, referral partners to drive revenue growth.
Engage with Associations & Influencers: Build relationships with CA firms, audit firms, and financial institutions to increase adoption.
Training & Enablement: Conduct training programs and workshops for partners to equip them with product knowledge.
Revenue Growth via Channel Sales: Work with partners to close deals and support them in managing client relationships.
Market Expansion & Brand Awareness: Represent Lenorasoft at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Ongoing Relationship Management: Maintain strong engagement with partners through regular check-ins, performance tracking, and incentive programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Development, Accounting, or IT.
4+ years in channel development, strategic partnerships, or B2B business development.
Experience working with accounting firms, IT service providers, ERP vendors, or FinTech companies preferred.
Strong understanding of LHDN compliance, e-Invoicing regulations, and financial industry trends.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of financial technology, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.

Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for Lenorasoft’se-Invoicing & FinTech solutions. This role involves lead generation, cold calling, product demonstrations, and closing deals to drive revenue growth in the Malaysian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients, including MSMEs, &large enterprises
Client Engagement & Sales: Conduct sales pitches, schedule and deliver product demos, and close deals.
Market Research: Gather intelligence on competitors, customer pain points, and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or IT.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in FinTech, SaaS, or IT solutions.

Basic Requirements:
Qualification: CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent
